You decide, we get it done
Together we set an amount up to which we carry out small repairs without asking. Anything above that we discuss with you first, with photos, a quote and a clear recommendation. You do not need to travel or find a tradesperson yourself.
From what amount do you ask me first?
You set that amount yourself. Below it we act immediately, above it we ask for your approval.
Who carries out larger jobs?
We hire qualified local firms, obtain quotes and are on site for the appointment. At the end you receive documentation of the work done.
What happens in an emergency, such as water damage?
We act immediately to prevent further damage and inform you straight away. Everything else we then agree with you and, if needed, your insurer.
