Maintenance & Property Care

Maintenance and property care for your holiday apartment

An apartment in the mountains needs regular attention, especially when it stands empty for a while. We check on it regularly, keep an eye on heating and pipes and prepare the apartment for winter and summer. That way you avoid expensive damage before it happens.

Why an empty apartment can become expensive

  1. Frost: a failed heating system can burst pipes in winter.
  2. Damp: without regular airing, mould and musty smells develop quickly.
  3. Undetected damage: a small leak is often only noticed once the damage is large.

Not a building manager, but your contact on site

The building management looks after the common parts of the building, such as roof, façade and stairwell. We look after your apartment and act as the contact on site for the building management when you are not there yourself.

Frequently asked

Questions about Maintenance & Property Care

Your question is not here? Write to us

How often do you inspect the apartment?

As often as makes sense for your apartment. In winter, if it is empty, often every one or two weeks; in summer less often. We agree the schedule together.

How do I find out what the inspections show?

After every inspection you receive a short report with photos. If anything is wrong, we get in touch immediately.

Do you replace my building management?

No. The building management remains responsible for the common parts. We look after your apartment and are their contact on site.
