Privacy policy

Protecting your personal data matters to us. This policy explains which data is processed when you visit alpenkey.at or send us an enquiry, why this happens and what rights you have. It is based on the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Austrian Data Protection Act (DSG). This is a translation for convenience; the German version is legally binding.

In brief

  • This website does not set any cookies.
  • We do not use any analytics, tracking or advertising services.
  • No content is loaded from third parties. Fonts and images are delivered by our own server.
  • We only receive personal data if you contact us via the form, by email or by phone.

Hosting

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, owner René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. The servers are located in Germany. All-Inkl processes data on our behalf; a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider.

Server log files

Each time the website is accessed, the server automatically stores technical information transmitted by your browser:

  • IP address
  • date and time of access
  • page or file accessed and amount of data transferred
  • website from which you reached us (referrer)
  • browser and operating system used

This data is needed to deliver the website, keep it secure and detect errors or attacks. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and stable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The log files are not combined with other data, not used to analyse individual visitors and are deleted automatically by the host after the retention period.

Encryption

This website uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by “https://” in the address bar and the padlock symbol in your browser. Data you send via the contact form therefore cannot be read by third parties.

Contact form

If you send us an enquiry via the form, we process the details you provide there:

  • name and email address (required)
  • optional: phone number, location of the apartment, services of interest and your message

The server sends these details as an email to info@alpenkey.at, where they are stored in our mailbox at All-Inkl. There is no separate database. We use the data exclusively to answer your enquiry, arrange an initial consultation and, if applicable, prepare a quote. The data is not passed on to third parties.

The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, for general enquiries, our legitimate interest in answering you (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Contact by email or phone

If you contact us by email or phone, we process your details (such as name, contact details and the content of your message) for the same purposes and on the same legal bases as with the contact form.

Retention period

Enquiries that do not lead to a business relationship are deleted once they have been dealt with and no further questions are expected, at the latest after twelve months. If an assignment results, we keep the necessary documents for as long as statutory obligations require, in particular the seven-year retention period under Austrian tax law (§ 132 Federal Fiscal Code, BAO).

Cookies, analytics and external content

This website does not use cookies and does not store any information on your device. We do not use analytics or tracking services, do not embed social media plugins, maps or videos from third parties and do not load fonts from external servers. A cookie banner is therefore not required.

Transfers to third countries

Your data is processed exclusively within the European Union. It is not transferred to countries outside the EU.

Your rights

You have the right of access to the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR), to rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20), as well as the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). You can withdraw any consent given at any time with effect for the future. Simply contact info@alpenkey.at.

If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Austria this is the Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde), Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, www.dsb.gv.at.

Changes

We update this policy when the website or legal requirements change. The version published here applies.
