A checklist, not luck
Every clean follows a fixed checklist for your apartment, from the kitchen and bathroom to the ski room. Anything we notice, such as a stain on the sofa or a missing light bulb, we report to you with a photo and, if you wish, fix right away.
Also for apartments you only use yourself
You only come to Tyrol for a few weeks a year? We prepare the apartment before you arrive, air it, clean it and make the beds. After you leave we clean up and lock everything properly.
Do I need to provide my own bed linen and towels?
Both options work. You can use your own linen, or we arrange hotel-quality linen for your apartment.
What happens if a guest has damaged something?
We document the damage with photos right after check-out and report it to you. This lets you back up claims against the deposit or the booking platform.
Can I book cleaning only?
Yes. All services can be booked individually, for example if you handle the letting yourself.
